The Big Green Egg grill will help you prepare amazing food for your next outdoor gathering

Hosting a BBQ party is one of the most traditional and most common ways to celebrate family and friendship. While entertaining a large crowd seems like exhausting to most hosts, the right, creative recipes can transform the tedious process of preparing the ingredients as well as the grilling process into an activity that is fun and enjoyable. Here are some great recipes:

  • Pork rib chops and peaches – pork and sweet fruits, such as peaches is an excellent combination. All you need is some bone-in pork rib chops, some salt and a little sugar to prepare the brine to marinate the meat for about an hour and some large peaches to grill, too. Make sure to dry the meat after you take it out of the brine and before you place it on the grill;
  • Beef and cabbage – prepare a marinade from garlic, lime juice, cilantro, onion powder, salt, pepper and paprika, place in the pieces of skirt steak and put it all in the fridge for 3-4 hours. Sprinkle cabbage leaves and scallions with some oil and salt, then grill them until charred and softened, but still a bit firm. Grill the meat to the desired level of doneness, too;
  • Asparagus and pancetta – toss the asparagus with some oil, then wrap the vegetables in thinly sliced pancetta. Place the assembly on the grill and keep it there for about 6-7 minutes at medium heat, until the pancetta becomes wrinkled and crispy and the asparagus is attractively and deliciously charred.
